Chris developed the initial concept of Safe and Found with John Henderson in 2015. Working the idea up from a tracking tool to a system encompassing the Herbert Protocol, they developed the project jointly with several police forces and taking it through to its public launch. Chris is a director of several companies encompassing construction, technology and consultancy.

Chris is also the Chair of Watford Housing Trust and a non executive board member of Newlon Housing Trust and is Chair of their Development Committee and a member of the Resident Services Committee. He has over 31 years’ experience as a Chair, board member and committee chair for several organisations including not for profit housing organisations and charities. Chris also served for 15 years in the reserve armed forces with the Royal GreenJackets.
